METCALF AND SANTO PAINTINGS TO BE FEATURED IN CORNISH COLONY MUSEUM EXHIBITION, "A NEW ENGLAND WINTER"

Two paintings represented by 511 Gallery's Back Room practice, Willard Leroy Metcalf's Cornish House and Patsy Santo's Winter Evening, will be featured in the Cornish Colony Museum's winter exhibition, A New England Winter.

The Cornish Colony Museum of Windsor, Vermont, specializes in exhibiting the works of Cornish (New Hampshire) Colony artists, such as Maxfield Parrish, George Inness, and Willard Leroy Metcalf. A New England Winter will feature paintings, etchings and photographs that convey the seasonal landscapes of New England during winter.

The exhibition is scheduled from November 29, 2008 to March 31, 2009.
